Maths goals is the best to do.

Today I have been learning how to my own maths goals without the teacher.I have been trying to do this goals but i have not yet finished them.By the end of  this term i am going to try my best to get 100% in all of these.Next time I won't to get to my next goals and Accomplish them.

Today I have been working on my presentation about Cheetahs.Did you know that CHeetahs are the fastest land animal and they can sprint well doing a mid-air spin at the same time,I know it is AMAZING.....Why Are Cheetahs not aloud to see their family,I know it's SAD as.Cheetahs should be Loved from their family or from the Zookeepers.

Maths on your mind?

This week I have been doing Strategy work.I learn that  profits mean money  and that when I divide a  big number like 123 and that has really tricky to do that,so I just used a calculate.

Next time,I need to tell Whaea that I didn't understand how to solve one of the problems (I deleted the  page)and that it was very tricky.We should do decimals next time.

A PACIFIC STORY!

Last week  I have been reading pacific paradise.I learnt that  eels can stay alive for over 50 years.

This week I have been reading Pacific Paradise and the author is Mary Campbell. This book is a Fiction ,This book is mostly about  ells they  lurk like an enormous eel. The eel was over 50 years old. She has been hiding away below a rocky shelf and she was hunting for worms,insects, Koura and small fish (Kouras are small freshwater crayfish.This article is mostly about what I just said.

My Favourite part is when is says In a deep pool lurks an enormous eel.She has been there for over fifty years.I found surprising that eels can stay alive for over fifty years.

What I learnt that is eels can stay alive for 50 years.Do you like the book Pacific paradise?read it some day.

My next step is to add more detail,information and meanings.

A CAKING GOOD TIME!

This is my recount I have been working on. I hope to get ideas on what  to write and what I can work on.

My next step is to work on short Punchy sentences.And to understand what what Whaea Lana was talking about with puns.

                                                             A caking good time

There I was sleeping peacefully dreaming like I was on a soft cloud and nothing can stop me  and as free as a  unicorn on a Rainbow running wild.All of sudden that ended. Nan knocked on the door”BANG,BANG,BANG!!!” I went to open the door and Nan said”Why aren’t you ready?”  I said “Where are we going and Why do I have to get changed?”  We're going to Nana Keres’ birthday, ”Okay,but don’t do that again.We went shouting off like a jetpack .But  it wasn’t our car it was This lady from Felina and her mokos came to True and Heremaia.We were going to Otaua marea.

We arrived at Otaua  marae and everybody was there,singing,dancing and they're learning the haka for Nana Kere . Everybody was looking  at us and then we finally got powhiri in and nobody hariu us but  Nana Kere.  After that we had a waiata and we sang He honore.  We had a kai after that, we had Mince and Potatoes and for our pudding was Ice cream and fruit salad.  We went chasing True because  he was getting cheeky because he wanted to have a run but he wanted some to be with he,me Rangimarie and Laviniah was chasing him.After that  we played hiding go seek  and then we had to leave.We all moaned”But then all the fun will be over.

The next day was a beautiful day.  Yesterday was just the powhiri, but  today is the real day that we go down and have the birthday party! I was Excited and happy that we were going down but True and Heremai didn’t come they had to stay home with their mum, nana and dad said. So  my nana went to go pick one of my sisters to take to the birthday instead of Laviniah and  felena .She went to pick up my sister ngarima,she is named after my Nana Goose.  We went down and we were late because nana had just come back from work and we left 5 minutes after she got back,so she can have a shower and have a kai so we can leave.

I felt Sad,I heard crying because we had to leave,I saw happiness and I thought that  it was sad that we had to leave .I also felt happy that I went to the birthday .What do you think,that you have to leave your cousins and you don’t have to see them until the next year.?How will you well?
